Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact and technical resource for assigned Channel Partner accounts.

Maintain all customer service functions, including waste profiling, scheduling, invoice review, and profitability.

Collaborate with Sales to grow established accounts and support new business to achieve revenue and waste volume goals.

Develop proposals and business plans to expand relationships with Channel Partner accounts.

Negotiate with vendors and coordinate services for assigned accounts.

Conduct profit/cost analysis to improve margin and report status updates to Corporate Account Manager.

Travel to customer sites for business reviews and audit plans as required; provide services until 5:00 pm Mountain and Pacific Time when needed.

Qualifications Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies and maintaining safe practices at all times. Serve as the single point of contact and technical resource for Channel Partner accounts, following all internal standard operating procedures.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (required)

Experience

3+ years of proven successful experience in a customer service role (required); experience in hazardous waste or environmental field preferred.

In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of proven successful experience in a customer service role within the hazardous waste industry (required).

Competencies

Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills to resolve facility or customer challenges.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external partners.

Working knowledge of RCRA, DOT and State regulations and Company systems and capabilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).

Willingness and ability to travel on occasion.

Regular and predictable attendance to perform the functions and requirements of this role.
