Introduction SymphonyAI Retail, Inc. seeks a Manager, CPG Engagement in Palo Alto, CA.
Responsibilities
Provide thought leadership and consultative services to drive customer‑centric collaborative engagement between 10–14 CPGs and Topco retailer’s merchandising and marketing departments.
Develop close consultative working relationships with CPG sales, customer marketing, and shopper insights team members ranging from Team Leader/VPs, Directors and Senior Managers.
Ensure consistent and effective utilization of Symphony RetailAI tools and services in CPG’s business practices and help build CPG’s skill sets to apply customer data using Symphony RetailAI’s analytics tools.
Manage the book of business and be accountable for achieving 100% renewal of existing clients while owning a new business target of new CPG partners, upselling existing partners, and driving sales through CCR engagement of new tools and solutions.
Assist in the development of all sales planning, administration, and sales capabilities presentations as required by the Vice President or Directors of CPG Engagement, and manage client system start‑up and ongoing system administration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
3 years of experience in solving key business issues and supporting corporate strategies to Director‑level participants.
Experience creating clear, concise, and actionable materials for the client.
Experience managing a book of business and accountability for renewing existing clients.
Experience developing and presenting actionable customer insights.
Thought leadership to deliver measurable business results.
Telecommuting permitted; requires domestic travel 15% of the time.
Compensation & Benefits 40 hours/week, $139,235 per year. Must have permanent work authorization in the U.S.
