Leasing Consultant – Colorado Springs, CO
New Earth Residential is hiring a Floating Leasing Consultant to showcase our beautiful grounds and stunning apartments to potential residents. The role requires a positive, friendly attitude and a strong commitment to community standards.
Responsibilities
Respond to resident inquiries and conduct apartment tours.
Engage in ongoing leasing training and perform additional tasks as needed.
Maintain the community’s residential standards, including lease compliance and rent collections.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior sales experience encouraged.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet applications.
English proficiency; bilingual candidates encouraged.
Ability to interpret legal documents, manage rent collections, and oversee lease compliance.
