$35,568.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates. Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent positions. Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements. Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently. Cold call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews; assist in negotiation of job offers. Conduct reference checks on candidates. Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Consistently high outbound activity to source clients and candidates. Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone. Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset. Effective negotiation skills. Degree preferred but not required. Benefits
