Assistant Property Manager
Location: Irving, TX. Salary: $50,000 - $60,000.

Responsibilities
Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a WOW! or 5‑Star service.
Interact face‑to‑face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
Rent self‑storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments via our Point‑of‑Sale System (POS), complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
Perform daily walks of the property, clean units, open and close storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
Maintain the facility by mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and ensuring that restrooms, landscaping, parking, fence, walls, and doors meet company guidelines.
Qualifications
A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work Saturdays.
Valid driver's license and insurance with reliable transportation.
Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder as required.
May be required to work Sunday hours at some locations.
