Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Construction Superintendent role located in our South Carolina region. The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of on‑site construction projects, ensure work is completed on time and within budget, coordinate subcontractors, and enforce safety regulations to create a safe work environment. Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role Deep knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage on‑site teams and stakeholders Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Certification in construction management or a related field is a plus Seniority level
