Location: North GA

Job type: Full‑time

Base pay range: $55,000 – $65,000 per year

Hours: 40+ per week; up to 15% travel, weekend availability as needed.

Travel: Requires up to 15% travel; not remote/hybrid (must report to corporate office).

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR/Recruiting Senior Specialist to join the Catch Air Corporate team. The role ensures the smooth operation of our HR and recruiting processes, maintains systems, files and records, processes payroll‑related documents and reports, and utilizes database and office applications.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment – work with corporate management and store managers to identify qualified candidates, post openings, and aid in selecting new hires for both stores and corporate.

Performance Evaluation – help develop and implement performance evaluation processes, monitor employee performance, and advise managers on improvement plans.

Employment Process – manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to offers and onboarding, perform background and reference checks, ensure compliance with employment laws, and maintain accurate employee records.

Policies and Procedures – assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, educate employees, and resolve policy‑related inquiries.

Employee Relations – act as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns and grievances, promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, resolve conflicts, and conduct exit interviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

3+ years of proven experience in high‑volume recruitment and HR administration.

Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and time‑management skills.

Proficiency with HR software (Paycor) and Microsoft Office suite.

Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
