Paid Ads Support Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented Paid Ads Support Specialist to join our client's paid media team. This is a remote, full-time position focused on supporting Google Ads execution, landing page optimization, campaign reporting, and KPI tracking. You'll work closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure advertising performance remains aligned with acquisition goals.
Base pay range $46,750.00/yr - $60,500.00/yr
Responsibilities
Build and update landing pages aligned with campaign goals
Create weekly reports in Looker Studio; analyze campaign KPIs
Monitor ad budget pacing and performance
Help qualify inbound leads and score call quality
Conduct keyword research for campaigns and new accounts
Perform Google Ads optimizations: search terms, bid adjustments, ad copy updates
Participate in internal and client calls to review campaign performance
Qualifications
1+ year of digital marketing or paid advertising experience
Familiar with Google Ads and foundational campaign structure
Analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers
Organized and reliable with attention to detail
Communication skills for client meetings and performance updates
Preferred Skills
Experience with Looker Studio or other reporting platforms
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
Familiarity with call/conversion tracking setup
Interest in behavioral health and wellness marketing
