Director of Marketing at Progressive Dental Marketing This is a full-time, on-site role in Clearwater, FL.
Job Description:
Progressive Dental Marketing is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok. This role goes beyond day-to-day campaign management and focuses on driving scalable growth, improving lead quality, and setting performance standards across a national portfolio of dental practices.
As a senior member of the paid media team, you will own campaign strategy from intake through optimization, partner closely with Account Managers and Sales Leadership, and play a key role in refining internal processes, testing frameworks, and performance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager for a portfolio of high-value client accounts
Architect and scale advanced Google Search strategies, including Responsive Search Ads, match‑type segmentation, audience layering, and full‑funnel keyword frameworks
Lead bid strategy development, including portfolio bidding, automated strategies, and budget pacing to achieve CPL and conversion efficiency targets
Oversee tracking integrity and attribution accuracy using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and platform‑specific conversion tracking
Analyze performance at a strategic level, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities across accounts, not just individual campaigns
Partner with Account Managers, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure paid media efforts align with client positioning, revenue goals, and lead quality standards
Guide creative testing strategy for social ads, including messaging frameworks, offer positioning, and visual direction
Actively monitor lead quality and downstream performance, collaborating with internal teams to improve targeting, funnel alignment, and conversion outcomes
Serve as a subject‑matter expert on paid media platforms, staying ahead of platform changes, beta opportunities, and emerging best practices
Contribute to internal documentation, process improvements, and training to elevate overall team performance
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands‑on paid media experience, preferably in an agency or multi‑client environment
Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; certifications strongly preferred
Working knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager and emerging paid social platforms
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance measurement
Ability to think strategically while executing with precision and urgency
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights for internal teams and clients
Highly organized, deadline‑driven, and comfortable managing complexity at scale
