AIMS builds revenue engines for growing companies by managing the full stack of lead generation, marketing operations, and sales systems. We turn cold traffic into paying customers, and copy is the engine that makes it all work. Responsibilities

Write email campaigns that get read and opened. Build sales pages and funnels that guide prospects from “who are you?” to “take my money.” Adapt voice across channels—LinkedIn posts, cold emails, retargeting ads—ensuring each feels appropriate. Speak to different stages of awareness, tailoring messages for those newly aware versus those actively comparing solutions. Write multiple versions, test, analyze results, and double‑down on the winners. Collaborate with the team to understand the product, audience, and objections to overcome. Who You Are

You understand psychology, motivation, and what makes someone say yes. You have written copy that generated real results—opens, clicks, conversions— and you can show examples and explain why they worked. You’re comfortable switching voices for different brands and matching tones while driving results. You understand the funnel: awareness, education, trust, and the need for consistency. You use AI as a tool for research and ideation, but you craft final output with a distinct point of view—not generic corporate speak. You love the business game, are competitive and curious, and treat conversions like a scoreboard. Given a brief, you produce copy that works without hand‑holding. What We’re Not Looking For
