Overview The Corporate Communications Partner – Social Media develops social media content and ads, deploys social platform messaging, cultivates compelling social media campaigns for brand awareness, supports clinical services marketing strategies, monitors engagement and reports metrics for the Carle Health system. This includes working closely with Carle Health provider and health plan communications and marketing teams as well as internal stakeholders to meet goals, inform the public, and reinforce the positive public perception of the organization.

Responsibilities
Monitor and interpret platform analytics to strategically drive tactics to drive engagement and maximize Carle Health objectives.
Plan, create and post social media content for all Carle Health properties.
Use editing software to adjust creative elements to best support social media outcomes.
Monitor and manage audience responses to social media posts and messaging in a timely manner.
Provide strategic counsel, solutions, and planning while executing social media recommendations and campaigns.
Act as the social voice of system properties and elevate opportunities for engagement, crisis management, and customer service to appropriate resources.
Support the development of campaigns and events to drive increased awareness, engagement and ongoing audience growth.
Create and optimize social media targeting with an understanding of trends and individual platforms.
Use native platforms and management tools to track and report metrics on engagement across all platforms and provide vital insights to support marketing and communications outcomes.
Ensure materials produced by the health system adhere to legal and compliance mandates for ADA, CMS, and other laws.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to lead and support a wide range of efforts to success.
Multi-task several campaigns and projects simultaneously, demonstrating a collaborative spirit and nimble mindset for special projects as assigned.
Maintain expert understanding of system management tools used to schedule, track, and deploy messaging.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.

Compensation & Benefits The compensation range for this position is $25.50 per hour - $42.59 per hour, representing a good‑faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
