As a Paid Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating digital ads for our customers to be placed in Meta (both Facebook and Instagram). You will also be responsible for ensuring guaranteed results are met while not overspending. This includes customer communications (primarily via email), and managing expectations and streamlining the production of the digital ads and optimizing performance.

Primary Responsibilities

Creating digital ads specifically for Facebook and Instagram for our customers

Ensuring results are optimized and guaranteed minimum impressions are met

Managing the start and stopping of campaigns based on term commitments

Clear communication with customers, via email, as needed

Desired Skills & Traits

Familiar with the functionality of campaign management in Meta

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital campaign management and creative for digital ads

Ability to adapt to growth within our rapidly expanding company; self‑induced initiative is greatly desired

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Open to constructive criticism
