Graphic Designer – Packaging and Brand Creative Target Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000

Location: NYC (Garment District)

Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

About The Role As our Graphics Designer, you’ll create visually compelling and functional packaging designs that align with brand identity and elevate client experiences. Beyond packaging, you’ll lead creative execution for media posts, presentation decks, and internal/external communications—ensuring our brand voice and visual identity shine across all touchpoints.

This role focuses on box design, structural layouts, and print‑ready artwork for influencer marketing campaigns, personalized gifting, and premium product outreach projects—initiatives that drive visibility and strengthen brand perception.

What You’ll Do

Packaging Design: Design innovative packaging and box concepts that reflect brand guidelines and product positioning; develop die lines, mockups, and print‑ready files for production.

Design & Visual Storytelling: Create compelling digital and print assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, ensuring brand consistency across campaigns, packaging, and client experience boxes.

Video Production: Concept, edit, and produce dynamic video content in Adobe Premiere Pro for social media, YouTube, and marketing initiatives.

Content Strategy & Social Media: Develop and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; schedule posts and optimize performance based on analytics.

Copywriting & Editorial: Write and art‑direct blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and brand communications that blend strong narrative with clean design.

Campaign Development: Collaborate on creative direction and execution for product launches, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Photography & Asset Management: Capture, edit, and organize photography for campaigns and visual libraries; manage digital assets and uploads across platforms.

Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct competitive and trend research to inform creative strategy and visual direction.

Project & Calendar Management: Oversee timelines for campaigns, events, and internal initiatives, ensuring cross‑departmental alignment and timely execution.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in packaging design and brand creative.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro); Canva experience a plus.

Knowledge of print production processes and die‑line creation.

Ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and brand storytelling across multiple formats.

Familiarity with social media design, video editing, and sustainable packaging trends is a plus.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience in marketing, creative, or design‑related roles.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or marketing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva.

Strong writing, storytelling, and visual design skills.

Experience with digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and branding.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Proven ability to post and analyze content across major social platforms.

Detail‑oriented, organized, and technically adept.

Collaborative, proactive, and self‑motivated.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead senior‑level meetings.
