This is a full‑time remote role for a Setter specializing in high‑ticket coaching. The Setter will engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule calls for the sales team. Responsibilities will include promptly responding to inquiries, conducting initial conversations to understand client needs, building relationships, and maintaining detailed communication records. The Setter will also work closely with the team to optimize lead conversion strategies and ensure client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process. Qualifications
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills Experience in client engagement, lead generation, and relationship building Ability to manage CRM systems and maintain detailed records of client interactions Time management, organization, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment Passion for fitness, personal growth, or experience in the fitness/coaching industry is a plus Proficiency in sales or customer‑oriented roles is advantageous Self‑motivated with a results‑driven attitude and willingness to learn Seniority level
