Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
About the Position We are seeking a highly capable, discreet, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment. This role requires exceptional judgment, flexibility, and the ability to operate seamlessly across professional, logistical, and personal domains. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, anticipates needs, and exercises professional judgment and discretion in sensitive matters.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary support partner to senior leadership, managing complex schedules, communications, and priorities
Provide high-level administrative, logistical, and business-related personal support with absolute discretion
Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
Support decision-making through organization, follow-up, and interpersonal judgment and professionalism
Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and on-the-ground support
Remain available to handle urgent matters during evenings and weekends as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above required ; background in
biological sciences, health sciences, or computer science is strongly preferred
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) required, both written and spoken, for international operations, suppliers, leadership communication
Excellent command of English for professional communication
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal judgment, professionalism, and discretion
Ability to manage ambiguity, confidentiality, and rapidly changing priorities
Required Skills
Flexibility to respond to work matters during evenings and weekends
when necessary
Willingness to travel with the executive approximately 25–33% of the year , including domestic and international travel
Ability to adapt quickly to different time zones, cultures, and working environments
