Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives are essential in delivering T‑Mobile products and services to customers. They bring an energetic, uplifting attitude, self‑motivation, and the drive to learn, share knowledge, and succeed in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. They are team players who strive to meet goals, create innovative solutions, and provide exemplary customer experiences.
Requirements
Customer service and/or sales experience preferred; retail environment a plus.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Pass a pre‑employment background check; applicants with criminal histories will be considered in a manner consistent with all laws.
High‑school diploma or GED; at least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
Assist and sell to customers, providing an exemplary customer experience and building loyalty by
Approaching customers with confidence and assessing their needs and concerns.
Building trust by answering questions, educating, and offering solutions that lead to potential T‑Mobile sales.
Recommending the right plan and ensuring a smooth on‑boarding process.
Finding the correct phone, mobile technology, and rate plan package.
Maintaining composure, integrity, and compassion when addressing service and sales needs.
Become skilled through training and development to become an operational, customer‑service, and sales expert by
Handling merchandise, totaling bills, accepting payments, and making change.
Performing all required opening and closing duties.
Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue and profit targets.
Researching and memorizing T‑Mobile’s product and service lineup.
Using training to become a Mobile Expert.
Supporting your team, maintaining store appearance, and keeping your knowledge up to date.
Consistently acting in the best interest of the company.
Pay Sales $16.50 – $40.21 per hour (hourly wage and potential commission).
