Field Sales Representative – Renuity

Total compensation ranges from $120,000 to $275,000 per year, based on performance and commissions. All leads are provided to you; no cold-calling or door-knocking required.

Full-time, W2 employee. The home improvement industry is broken. Renuity is here to fix it.

What we offer

Compensation: $120,000–$275,000 per year in commission based on performance

All leads are provided to you; no cold calling or door knocking! 2–3 pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments a day

About The Role

Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service.

Absolutely NO cold‑calling or lead generation required; all leads are warm & pre‑confirmed.

Focus on selling, using developed knowledge of product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.

Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas.

Promote company products and services.

Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.

Provide best‑in‑class customer experience.

Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.

Key Qualifications

Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments.

In‑home sales or business‑to‑consumer sales experience is a plus.

Must be self‑motivated and results oriented.

Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Ability to meet and exceed goals.

Works successfully without requiring close supervision.

Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver’s license and enjoy being on the road.
