The Dental Spa's parent company, Direct Mobile Dental Services (DMD), provides on-site dental care to residents of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. We partner closely with long‑term care communities to ensure residents receive consistent, compassionate, and high‑quality oral healthcare without leaving their facility.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager
to maintain and grow our relationships with the homes we serve, while also helping expand our footprint across the region. This role is ideal for someone who understands how nursing homes and assisted living facilities operate and already has relationships within the LTC industry.
Position Overview The Account Manager
is responsible for managing existing facility relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for contracted homes, and
driving new facility partnerships . You will work closely with administrators, directors of nursing, social workers, and other key stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery while identifying opportunities for growth.
This is a relationship‑driven role that blends account management, client support, and business development.
Key Responsibilities Account Management & Client Support
Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
Maintain regular contact with administrators and facility leadership
Review monthly dental activity and utilization with facilities
Address questions, concerns, and service issues in collaboration with clinical and operations teams
Ensure high client satisfaction and long‑term contract retention
Business Development & Growth
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
Prospect and contract with new skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
Leverage existing industry relationships to open doors and generate referrals
Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, meetings) to qualified prospects
Research accounts, identify decision‑makers, and tailor outreach accordingly
Meet or exceed quarterly growth and revenue goals
Field Engagement
Travel to facilities throughout southeastern Pennsylvania (up to 50% of the time)
Represent Direct Mobile Dental professionally at in‑person meetings and facility visits
Reporting & CRM
Maintain accurate records of accounts, prospects, and activity in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
Track pipeline activity and report on progress and opportunities
Qualifications Required
Strong understanding of how skilled nursing and assisted living facilities operate
Ability to build trust with facility administrators and clinical leadership
Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
Comfortable with frequent phone and email outreach
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business tools
Must be within driving distance of Bala Cynwyd, PA
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Preferred
Experience working in or with long‑term care facilities
Existing relationships within the nursing home or assisted living industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or growth targets
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Competitive base salary ($50,000–$65,000)
