iGas USA is a growing company specializing in industrial gases, refrigerants, and related solutions, serving domestic and international markets. As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a motivated, bilingual Sales Specialist to join our headquarters team, with the potential to support and grow our presence in the Middle East.

Position Summary

The Sales Specialist (English & Arabic Speaking) will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting international sales initiatives. This role will begin at our U.S. headquarters and may transition to a position based in the United Arab Emirates, depending on business needs and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers in domestic and international markets

Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions in both English and Arabic

Identify new business opportunities, particularly within Middle Eastern markets

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance, and compliance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment

Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using company systems

Participate in trade shows, client meetings, and industry events as required

Support market research and expansion strategies related to the UAE and surrounding regions

Qualifications & Requirements

Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (industrial, manufacturing, energy, or related industries preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams

Willingness and eligibility to travel internationally

Interest in potential long‑term relocation to the United Arab Emirates

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field preferred
