Responsibilities
Build and maintain a network of sources to generate new sales leads.
Communicate with customers and leads to understand their product or service needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Demonstrate product functions and utility based on customer requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve post‑sale issues.
Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, notifying them of new products or services.
Keep detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any relationship issues.
Provide periodic territory sales forecasts.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to function well in a high‑paced and sometimes stressful environment.
Reading prints.
Ability to create material estimates.
Experience sourcing special orders.
Screening
Must authorize a background check.
Must pass a urinalysis drug screening.
