Join Nix Companies, Inc. as a Cincinnati Market Sales Representative. This role is part of the Business Development Team, covering the Cincinnati & Central Ohio markets and reports to the Director of Sales.
Compensation:
$70,000 Annual Base Salary plus commission.

Responsibilities
Maintain existing manufacturing and industrial accounts.
Generate new accounts by qualifying leads in the Cincinnati & Central Ohio markets.
Conduct daily follow‑ups with customers and prospects via email, phone, face‑to‑face, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, and cold calling.
Achieve an average of 3 quality meetings per day and meet KPI targets within six months.
Provide product knowledge and design solutions for potential projects.
Support Engineers, Project Managers, and Estimators with information needed to develop designs, estimates, and proposals.
Assist in managing the project throughout the entire production lifecycle.
Model company values, lead by example, and foster trust and teamwork.
Participate in all required training and development and proactively improve skills.
Adhere to all company and safety policies, using required personal protective equipment.
Desired Qualifications
Sales or customer service experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
Knowledge of metal fabrication and/or machining.
Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Self‑motivated and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills.
CRM experience (Pipedrive).
Proficient with Google Drive, Sheets, Docs.
Experience with Microsoft Surface Pro.
