is to ensure our clients remain integrated and engaged in their community!
Direct Support Professionals
enjoy schedule flexibility, benefit eligibility at 30+ hours per week (individual coverage is under $60 per month!), generous paid time off, paid sick leave, and retirement plan eligibility at 20+ hours per week with match eligibility at 30+ hours per week.
Job Responsibilities
Assists residents with personal care areas on a daily basis, which may include: showering/bathing, housekeeping, laundry, budgeting, bill‑paying, banking, and shopping.
Maintains compliance with all health and safety facility‑related licensing standards (Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities and Department of Health Services).
Implements recommended therapies; documents implementation of recommended programs, outcomes, progress and concerns using the Therapy web-based documentation system.
Entry level applicants welcome - we will train!
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to lift 60 lbs 20% of the time
Valid driver license, proof of insurance, and 39‑month motor vehicle report
Ability to obtain and maintain Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and FBI National Criminal Records History Report (employer paid)
Pass pre‑employment drug screen (includes marijuana, regardless of recreational use laws) (employer paid)
