Responsibilities
Manage an established book of business while developing new opportunities.
Spend ~80% of your time in the field building relationships with dealers and clients.
Represent multiple product categories: textiles, wall coverings, architectural films, and digital imaging.
Collaborate virtually with the central sales team and share best practices.
Achieve your sales plan and manage your expense budget effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
Industry experience in textiles, furniture, wall coverings, flooring, or interior design.
Strong organizational skills, goal-setting ability, and follow-up discipline.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently.
Experience identifying opportunities and converting them into sales.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Familiarity with architectural films or digital print solutions.
Ability to build and maintain dealer relationships (5–10 accounts).
Excellent communication and virtual collaboration skills.
Compensation First-year guarantee $90K–$110K, will transition to a draw after 12–18 months.
Territory Kansas and Kansas City, MO.
Existing Business Established book of business with $1.5M+ territory size.
