Reporting to the Management team, our Sales Associates understand that Retail is a billboard for the brand. They take pride in being professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand ambassadors inside and outside the store to ensure the Company’s success within the recreational cannabis landscape. Our Sales Associates are curious, thoughtful, and sales‑oriented people who impart cannabis wisdom and create positive customer relationships to build a loyal customer base. Job Functions

Minimum 21 years of age High school diploma Hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability Open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays. All employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday‑Sunday), but management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer. Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist. Benefits
