For this position we are prioritizing candidates with specific industry experience and existing relationships within the safety services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Develop and maintain long‑term, trusted relationships with clients.
Participate in business development efforts to expand relationships and uncover new prospects.
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and identifying new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, safety personnel, etc.) to meet client objectives.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and solutions based on client needs.
Proactively communicate client feedback, requirements, and expectations to internal teams.
Manage multiple client projects concurrently, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively.
Forecast and monitor key account metrics, such as revenue, margin, and project timelines.
Coordinate internal resources to ensure consistent and high‑quality service delivery.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, agreements, and project progress.
Experience Requirements
3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client services—preferably in industrial services, safety, or construction‑related industries.
Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.
Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Educational Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Required Skills And Competencies
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand client needs and communicate them effectively to internal stakeholders.
Strong problem‑solving skills with a client‑first mindset.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
High attention to detail and time management.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Primarily office‑based role with occasional site visits.
Flexible hybrid work opportunities available.
Minimal physical demands; must be able to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
Occasional travel may be required to visit client sites or attend meetings.
