Tag & Title Coordinator (In-Store Sales)
Actively hiring for an experienced full‑time Tag & Title Coordinator at AAA Club Alliance in Willow Grove. Join our team and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation & Hours
Base compensation: $16.85 to $21.54 per hour (adjusted for experience, location, and other factors)
Average incentive pay: $162.00 – $580.00 per month
Store hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM; Saturday, 8 AM – 5 PM (no Sundays)
Full‑time schedule: 37.5 hour work week
Paid time off: up to three weeks during the first year

Key Responsibilities
Process driver’s license and vehicle registration applications
Answer inquiries regarding state regulations on driver license and vehicle titling/registration
Lead and mentor title clerks, ensuring accurate completion of title processes
Assemble and submit all applications to state or Tag & Title Administration, meeting schedules
Document, research, and resolve rejected applications and errors
Upsell and cross‑sell AAA products such as memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals
Answer overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak volumes
Assist in cashiering and IDEMIA services as backup
Qualifications
Sales and customer service experience, ideally in a lead role, with emphasis on accuracy and results
Knowledge of Motor Vehicle Title system or prior tag/title work (preferred)
Excellent written and oral communication skills for engaging customers and explaining AAA membership value
Computer proficiency—multiple websites and programs in a fast‑paced retail environment
Notary Public designation, or ability to obtain within six months of employment
Completion of required Title Service Agent training workshops
High school diploma or equivalent
Pass pre‑employment and post‑employment screenings (criminal, drug, etc.) and any necessary membership licenses
Requirements for Pennsylvania Employees
Complete Online Messenger (OLM) Certification testing within 90 days of authorization
Complete Basic Agent Services Training within two weeks of hire
Complete Advanced Agent Services Training every two years
