Job Summary Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Senior Product Advisor (SPA) you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM).
Your role as a SPA is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. You will work closely with your local PDM or PTM to set appointments with business owners in person or face to face via your network and referral partnerships that you build. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid‑sized businesses.
During the training period, your PDM or PTM will accompany you on your initial appointments to train you on our short‑cycle sales process using our tablet‑based CRM platform, Atlas, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on‑spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing. After training you will have the opportunity to set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and the residuals on the business you bring in.
Responsibilities
Responsible for prospecting new clients.
Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.
Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments, to secure a WIN.
Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up‑to‑date.
Attend weekly team meetings and weekly one‑on‑one with leader.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
Successful completion of pre‑employment background check.
Must live in area relative to job posting location.
At least two years of relevant experience.
Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Incentive‑driven sales “hunter.”
Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.Enjoys cold‑calling and speaking with people face to face.
Accountable for measurable, high‑quality, timely results.
Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma/GED.
Prior experience in a B2B Sales role.
Prior experience with a CRM tool, such as Salesforce or Hubspot.

We’re not messing around with compensation. A first‑year professional may expect an average of $90,000 - $105,000+ if you are in the top 25% in the form of uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
