$90,000–$105,000 Key Responsibilities
Assist, advise, and educate customers on wireless products and services. Drive sales and customer satisfaction while meeting performance goals. Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing. Balance excellent customer experience with sales objectives. Continuously learn about the wireless industry and new product offerings. Earnings & Benefits
Base hourly wage plus up to 17% uncapped commission. Commissions and bonuses make up a significant portion of total earnings. PTO/Sick time, health, dental, and vision coverage. Flexible scheduling, 401(k), referral bonus, and discounts on phone plans, devices, and accessories. Qualifications
Passionate customer advocate with a desire to assist, advise, and educate customers. Drive sales and customer satisfaction. Passion for community involvement. Drive to learn the wireless industry and its product portfolio. Excellent communication skills. Excitement to work in a wireless customer service environment. Able to perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing. Ambitious, self-driven, and motivated by the pursuit of retail sales milestone goals. At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma. Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours and a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays). Reliable transportation.
