Director of Business Development for Ciocca Automotive Business Development Manager – Centralized Sales BDC (Multi-Location)

Ciocca Automotive is hiring a

Business Development Manager

to lead and support a

centralized Sales BDC serving multiple dealership locations

across our growing organization.

This role is all about

execution, consistency, and results at scale . You’ll coach and support BDC agents handling phone and internet leads for multiple stores, ensuring strong follow-up, disciplined appointment‑setting, and accountability—without reinventing proven processes.

What You’ll Do

Lead a

centralized Sales BDC team

supporting multiple dealership locations

Reinforce established phone and internet lead processes across all assigned stores

Coach agents to improve appointment set, show, and conversion performance

Monitor CRM activity (VinSolutions preferred) to ensure timely, professional follow‑up

Track performance by agent and by store; drive accountability and consistency

Maintain working knowledge of inventory, incentives, and selling strategies across brands

Partner with dealership leadership, marketing, and website vendors to support lead flow

Provide insights and reporting on trends, performance, and opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Automotive BDC, Internet Sales, or CRM leadership experience (required)

Experience in a

centralized BDC or multi‑store environment

strongly preferred

Proven ability to coach teams and drive measurable results

Strong CRM knowledge (VinSolutions a plus)

Organized, performance‑focused, and comfortable managing multiple locations

Metrics‑driven mindset with a focus on follow‑up and accountability

Flexibility, including some weekend availability
