Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Tri-Cities, WA preferred (Remote available)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Compensation: $31.00 – $36.00 per hour, depending on experience.
This role is eligible for performance-based bonus compensation in addition to hourly wages. Bonus compensation is variable and not guaranteed.
This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with Washington State and federal law.
About the Company & Role Next Level Pros is a business growth and leadership development company that partners with service-based and locally owned businesses across the United States to help them scale revenue, improve operations, and build stronger teams. NL Partners is the private investment and operating group that works alongside Next Level Pros to acquire, build, and scale portfolio companies across multiple industries. The Digital Marketing Specialist supports both Next Level Pros and NL Partners portfolio companies by building and managing paid advertising systems that drive consistent lead flow and customer acquisition across these businesses. This is a performance-focused execution role responsible for creating, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with a strong emphasis on lead generation, efficiency, and scalability. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital advertising fundamentals, wants hands‑on experience across multiple businesses, and is hungry to grow into a leadership position as the organization continues to scale.
Responsibilities
Create and manage new ad accounts for portfolio companies
Develop digital advertising strategies focused on lead generation
Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms
Monitor daily performance and make data driven optimizations
Research and test new advertising platforms and traffic sources Collaborate with internal teams on creative, messaging, and offers
Track and report on performance metrics clearly and consistently
Maintain clean account structures and scalable systems
Key Performance Metrics Success in this role will be measured by:
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Total Leads Generated
Lead to Appointment Conversion Rate
Lead to Customer Conversion Rate
Overall campaign performance and scalability
Required Experience
Hands‑on experience running paid ads on at least one platform such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google Search or Display, YouTube, etc.
Basic understanding of digital advertising metrics and optimization principles
Comfortable analyzing data and making decisions based on performance
Strong communication, organization, and ownership mentality
