What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Host demonstrations for partners and management teams to showcase platform functionality

Manage the contracting process to initiate partner journeys with the platform

Conduct outbound calls to prospective Home Medical Equipment supplier partners to educate and schedule demos

Gather and relay product feedback from users to support continuous improvement

Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to generate leads and develop effective promotional materials

What is Required (Qualifications)

2-3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or similar roles

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Strong desire to work in a startup environment and ability to adapt quickly

Excellent communication skills with a focus on understanding partner needs

Results‑driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

General knowledge of the Home Medical Equipment landscape or post‑acute care services

Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) products, especially in healthcare

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with partners

Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership and impact

Curiosity and a relentless pursuit of improvement
