What Will I Be Doing?
Build rapport with product owners through face‑to‑face interactions, establishing meaningful connections and fostering positive relationships.
Identify needs and create a compelling case for additional products through effective communication and a deep understanding of the customer’s travel preferences.
Uphold HGV’s commitment to exceptional customer service, ensuring every owner’s experience is memorable and satisfying.
Master the sales process by following HGV’s industry‑leading procedures to guide potential customers seamlessly through their vacation ownership journey.
Use various communication channels (email, telephone, online/virtual, and written) to work with guests and owners.
Perform follow‑up interactions to complete a sale with guests and owners online, using appropriate HGV technology and adhering to HGV inventory selling guidelines.
