You will lead our Field Package Sales (FPS) team in the Greater Oklahoma City Area to dominate events and festivals, drive tour flow through selling vacation packages, and create world‑class first impressions for our guests.
Your Mission
Scale the Business: Execute high‑impact marketing activities and events to smash tour and sales targets.
Build a Winning Team: Recruit, coach, and mentor a high‑performing squad of Sales Reps to reach their full potential.
Drive Results: Surpass monthly budgets and implement creative strategies to keep team morale and productivity at an all‑time high.
Lead by Example: Maintain personal sales production while ensuring your team provides "Driven to Excellence" customer service.
What You Bring
Experience: 2+ years in Management (Mini‑Vacation field) and 2+ years in Timeshare/Marketing.
Leadership: A proven ability to inspire teams, solve problems on the fly, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
Vision: A detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage budgets and optimize field operations.
