Account Manager – Life Insurance Sales

Job Summary Our established life insurance agency is seeking a motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our team. This position will generate life insurance sales based on warm leads from current clients – no cold‑calling! You will be successful in this role if you are a self‑starter with sales and relationship management strengths.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for current and prospective clients
Become an expert on life insurance and products offered; training is provided
Provide coverage reviews to our large, existing client base and sell additional and replacement coverage
Contact existing clients via phone to sell life insurance products across the U.S.
Qualifications
Sales experience: 1+ years in any industry; insurance industry knowledge preferred
Life insurance license required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
We Offer
$25/hr base, plus commissions
First year earning potential $50‑$60k; Second year $60‑$80k; future years unlimited for motivated individuals
Comprehensive training and ongoing support
Life insurance re‑certification at no cost
Opportunity for hybrid work arrangement after 90 days if performance metrics are achieved
