We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to grow our presence and manage client relationships within the luxury construction and design space.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with builders, architects, designers, and homeowners

Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach

Present and sell high‑end steel window and door solutions tailored to each project

Guide clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to project completion

Collaborate with internal teams on specifications, pricing, and project timelines

Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up consistently

Represent the brand professionally at meetings, site visits, and industry events

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury building materials, construction, architecture, or design‑related industries

Strong understanding of the high‑end residential construction process

Ability to build long‑term relationships and consultative sales skills

Self‑motivated, disciplined, and comfortable in a commission‑based role

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits
