Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the ASM performs outside sales of product inventory while driving an assigned route of accounts. The ASM increases product sales and placement of product displays at all large and small format “off premise” stores, upsells inventory, cooler space, and product displays. The primary role is to service all customers in a safe and productive manner, according to Red Bull executional standards.
Responsibilities
Management / Sales:
Manage products and relationships with customer contacts; determine current and ongoing product needs; look for ways to increase sales; ensure equipment is clean and functional; perform outside sales functions; other assigned tasks.
Execution:
Evaluate competitors; meet monthly goals (sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account set up, merchandising); build and protect brand through proper product rotation and brand flow; increase inventory diversity and improve in-store branding.
Building Success:
Work collaboratively across organization; share best practices; be major contributor/leader among peers; maintain relationships with customers at each account.
Qualifications
Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
Minimum age 21 years.
Experience in sales, account management, and DSD is a plus.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
English required; additional languages an advantage.
