Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Account Manager based in Riverton, NJ. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities through lead generation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities also include delivering excellent customer service, providing product and service recommendations, and strategically supporting clients in achieving project success. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring customer success while contributing to company growth.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Account Management and building strong client relationships Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with attention to detail Experience in solar or renewable energy is a plus Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is preferred) Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
