About the Role
As part of our expansion in the
Benelux region , Percall Group is looking for a motivated and curious Sales Representative ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll be joining a company that blends the agility of a human‑sized team with the strength of a European leader in digital transformation.
Your mission Reporting directly to the Sales Leader and working closely with our technical teams, you will:
Develop and grow our customer portfolio in the Benelux region
Engage with clients to understand their operational challenges and digital ambitions
Promote tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value
Collaborate cross‑functionally to shape proposals that combine technology, insight, and strategic fit
Your responsibilities
Connect with potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events
Learn to identify client needs and match them with the right digital solutions
Support the sales cycle from first contact to offer preparation, guided by senior mentors
Assist in negotiations and contract management during both sales and project phases
Contribute to expanding our commercial footprint in the Benelux region
Collaborate on marketing and communication activities tied to sales campaigns
Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients and software partners
Skills and experience
A first experience or academic background in sales, business, or technology (internships count!)
A genuine interest in industrial software and digital transformation
Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written); French is a plus
A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn, travel (occasionally), and take initiative
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural customer focus
