About The Role We are hiring a Parts and Service Sales Representative (PSSR) in Lynchburg to grow our aftermarket business and strengthen customer relationships. In this role, you’ll renew preventive maintenance agreements, drive parts and service sales, provide operator training, and refer opportunities that support other teams. You'll have variety in your day by splitting time between the field and the office while working closely with customers to keep their equipment running strong. What You’ll Do
Drive parts and service revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets
Maintain relationships with current customers to support ongoing aftermarket needs
Renew existing Preventive Maintenance Agreements
Identify and prospect new customers for maintenance programs and service offerings
Provide operator training to customers on proper equipment use and care
Refer opportunities to other departments to support overall business development
Collaborate with internal teams and leverage CRM tools to manage sales pipeline
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
Experience in parts and/or service sales, preferably in an industrial or equipment environment
Strong understanding of preventive maintenance agreements and value-based selling
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence delivering customer training and onboarding support
Proficient in prospecting, negotiating, and closing dealsAbility to collaborate across teams and contribute to broader company goals
Comfortable working in both office and field settings
CRM experience preferred
