High-Ticket Sales Representative (Commission Only) We are looking for sales professionals who understand the world of social media to sell Social Audits and Training. The Skorys Social is a social media strategy and growth company built on real results. We have spent over a decade mastering social platforms, building audiences into the millions, generating billions of views, and working with some of the most recognizable brands in the world. Our team understands social media at a level most agencies never reach, because we live inside the algorithms, not outside of them.

We sell clarity. Our Social Media Deep Dive Audits and Mini Audits give businesses a clear, confident path forward by breaking down exactly what is working, what is not, and how to build momentum fast. These are high-value, strategy-first services designed for decision makers who are serious about growth.

As a sales rep or sales manager at The Skorys Social, you will own the sales process from first contact to close. Your role is to prospect, initiate conversations, identify and reach the true decision maker, run discovery calls, position our audits clearly, and close.

Success in this role means consistently closing a minimum of four audits per month. The audits sell for approximately $6,000, with Mini Audits around $500. Compensation is commission-only and uncapped. You earn 25 percent commission on every closed sale, with a 30 percent commission accelerator applied to all audits closed beyond four in a single month.

This position is ideal for someone who understands social media platforms deeply, can speak confidently about content performance, hooks, retention, and growth systems, and knows how to translate that understanding into business value. You should be comfortable with cold calls, cold email, and social outreach, organized enough to manage a pipeline, and confident enough to stay persistent.
