Overview The Account Executive is responsible for maximizing sales growth profitably by representing Shamrock Foods' products and services to restaurants, resorts, hotels, and other institutional establishments on a commission basis. The role requires face‑to‑face interactions and regular territory development.
Responsibilities
Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base.
Maintain current customer base and grow the share of the customer’s business.
Impact customer success through menu engineering support, food cost analysis, market intelligence, and product demonstrations.
Facilitate demonstrations of company capabilities and share new product innovations.
Build multi‑level relationships within client businesses.
Keep accounts current, optimize sales, service, and delivery, and collect past‑due balances.
Leverage technology to improve customer efficiency and drive experience enhancements.
Participate in ongoing training to continuously develop skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
HS diploma and/or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
2+ years’ experience in culinary, restaurant operations, foodservice, or related field preferred.
Previous successful sales experience a plus.
Current driver license.
Demonstrated problem‑solving expertise.
Comfortable using technology and analyzing customer data.
Knowledgeable on industry trends.
Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical Demands

Compensation Starting compensation of $40,000–$100,000 per year based on achievement of performance goals, eventually transitioning to commission‑basis.
