Electrical Engineering Enterprises (EEE) and Flo Power & Substation Services (FPSS) are high‑growth Electrical Service Companies who has been servicing aggregate mining, industrial, municipal and utility customers for over 26 years. Private not Private Equity owned, headquartered in the Tampa Bay Area with additional locations in Bartow, FL and Ocala, EEE/FPSS has grown to perform high‑value service across the nation.
We are seeking Outside Sales Representatives to represent our companies to continue to fuel the growth and expand market share. Outside Sales Experience is required and experience in the Electrical Industry is preferred. The role would be salary + uncapped commission. There is no required location for this role.
Job Responsibilities
Work with leadership to develop sales growth plan.
Identify possible new customers and build relationships with them.
Highly competitive.
Pass along all necessary job information to our operations team for them to efficiently complete the jobs.
Confidence to represent yourself and the company in a professional manner.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Travel as needed to visit your customers.
Gas card for work use.
Qualifications
Sales experience: 3 years (preferred).
Driver's license (required).
Travel: required.
