Regional Sales Manager - Abbott Diabetes Care - Los Angeles, CA

Location Los Angeles, CA (remote)
Core Responsibilities
Meet and exceed district sales goals
Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop a team of high‑performing sales representatives
Provide strategic and tactical feedback to marketing and coordinated with cross‑functional teams
Implement divisional sales and marketing programs and monitor representative activity effectiveness
Ensure compliance with corporate and division policies and all applicable regulations
Utilize reporting tools for call tracking, territory analysis, and sample accountability
Maintain retail and managed care account relationships within the defined district
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2–4 years of selling experience, with at least 1 cross‑training role in sales
Experience selling in a different channel and understanding of customer needs
Demonstrated coaching, leadership, and planning skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to operate a high‑volume sales territory
Preferred Qualifications
Marketing or training experience
Previous management experience
