Role Description
This is a part‑time remote role for a Dog Walker at Barking Trails. The Dog Walker will be responsible for walking dogs, monitoring their behavior, ensuring their safety, and maintaining their well‑being during scheduled walks. Key responsibilities also include providing a positive and engaging experience for dogs, communicating with pet owners, and adhering to all safety protocols. Additionally, the role offers flexibility in scheduling to accommodate both the dog walker and clients' needs.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Animal Care, Dog Behavior, Pet Care, and Dog Training
Excellent communication skills for effectively engaging with pet owners and providing updates
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
Experience in caring for and handling dogs of various breeds and sizes is a plus
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is preferred
