Sales Relief – Odom Corporation
Full‑time, dependable Sales Relief located in Boise, ID. This role supports the Sales team in account calls, inventory management, and selling activities, acting as the primary contact for retailers. It serves as a bridge to promotion to a full‑time Sales Representative.
Responsibilities
Build positive relationships with retailer and supplier partners to grow market share in assigned territories.
Provide team support with vacation/holiday route relief sales, grow volume, new distribution, brand placements, point of sale, and marketing with accounts.
Learn and present sales presentations to assigned accounts using sales data, brand sales sheets, and market information.
Attend both DM team and Sales team meetings as scheduled.
Complete tasks assigned by the District Manager and the Director of Sales to assist with your growth plan.
Maintain a high level of quality assurance standards for all products.
Within one year of hire, become Cicerone Beer Serve Certified and complete Gallo Gateway training.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Current and valid driver’s license with four points or less on driving record.
Reliable personal vehicle with the minimum required liability insurance.
Pass background check prior to employment.
Ability to lift up to 165 lbs. and perform repetitive lifting/moving.
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
High customer service skills; ability to work with others in a positive manner.
Self‑motivated and high energy to handle a fast‑changing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be 21 years or older.
Pay & Benefits
Salary: $37,000.00–$40,000.00.
