Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Account Manager, located in San Juan with the flexibility to work from home part‑time. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities also include managing accounts, overseeing project delivery, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, driving client success, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role will involve regularly communicating with clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring they receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
Understand clients’ business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Manage accounts and oversee project delivery.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive client success.
Identify and seize opportunities for growth and upselling.
Communicate regularly with clients, resolve inquiries, and ensure high service quality.
Qualifications
Strong account management, client relationship building, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in project management and cross‑functional team collaboration.
Ability to identify opportunities for business growth and upselling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and digital transformation is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in the tech or cybersecurity industry is advantageous.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
