Senior Sales Representative & Training Mentor

Base Pay Range $98,000.00/yr - $118,000.00/yr
The Role: Blending Sales Mastery with Mentorship As a Senior Sales Representative, your responsibilities go beyond typical sales objectives. Initially, you will focus on establishing a strong sales record, then transition into a mentorship role while maintaining sales achievements to demonstrate leadership by example.

The Ideal Candidate
Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
Efficient managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
Able to pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
Has an active driver's license and reliable transportation.

Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle – 3 business days), monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
