All About Specialty Sales A team of specialized consultants delivering guest experience, strong operations, compelling visual merchandising, and guest satisfaction.

Skills and Experience

Guest service fundamentals and experience; building a guest‑first culture.

Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing, and promotions strategies.

Planning department(s) daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals.

Leading multiple businesses balancing team member expertise and effectively leading teams in each department.

Leading a team of hourly team members; skills in interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent.

Typical Responsibilities

Model, train and coach team members to deliver on Guest Service Model culture.

Demonstrate inclusivity and create equitable experiences.

Plan daily/weekly workload; execute merchandising updates, planograms, sales plans, events, promotions.

Lead and demonstrate best‑practice onboarding and learning; close skill gaps through development and coaching.

Partner with third‑party vendors to maintain brand standards and merchandising.

Support visual merchandising, product organization, backroom processes and replenishment.

Participate in team hiring and onboarding.

Lead team in prioritizing guest experience in fitting rooms, safety culture, compliance.

Model safety, security, physical security processes, merchandise protection, store emergency and compliance needs.

Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up (OPU), Drive‑up (DU).

Engage guests in welcoming ways, solve specific needs, thank guests.

All other duties as required by business needs.

Core Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 18 years of age or older.

Previous retail experience preferred but not required.

Lead and hold others accountable.

Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Work independently and as part of a team.

Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.

Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.

Effective communication skills.

Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment, accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Additional Expectations

Access all areas of building to respond to guest or team member issues.

Interpret instructions, reports, and information accurately.

Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.

Climb up and down ladders as needed.

Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely (up to 15‑pound or occasionally up to 44‑pound).

Flexible work schedule and reliable attendance necessary.

Capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain duties including Drive‑Up and carry‑out.

Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
