Key Responsibilities
Engage customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for recreational vehicles.
Develop an in‑depth understanding of our RV inventory, including models, features, and pricing.
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to highlight key features and benefits.
Negotiate sales prices and terms, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Maintain post‑sale communication to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies.
Develop promotional campaigns and advertisements via social media to promote our RV products.
Represent our dealership at RV shows, exhibitions, and community events.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive or RV industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust.
Results‑driven mindset and willingness to take initiative.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
