Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Drive store performance through effective management and hands‑on leadership.
Train, mentor, and develop team members.
Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions.
Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience (Required).
2+ years of sales experience (Required).
1+ year of management experience (Preferred).
Language: English (Required).
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Ability to work retail hours: Monday–Saturday 9 AM–8 PM; Sunday 12 PM–5 PM (hours subject to change).
